José Pedro Romero joined Fix Partners Advisors as Expert Advisor on October 2022. Mr. Romero’s 15 years of work experience started by leading the area of Administration and Finance in a principal company in the industrial electrical and mechanical assembly (EPC) sector, and in a mining prospecting and drilling service company. After he was the head of the Administration and Finance department of a software integration company (Middleware) for Bank Industry and later he directed a cluster of three companies in charge of air cargo logistics operations for an important economic group in the global maritime and air logistics sector. In this last job he led the sale of claims filed in the reorganization process (Chapter 11) in the USA by Airlines debtors which recovered a significant percentage of the par value in the New York secondary debt market.

Mr. Romero obtained his Industrial Engineering degree and Master of Science in Finance from the Universidad del Desarrollo in 2006 (both degrees with highest distinction) and his MBA from the School of Engineering of the Universidad de Chile in 2020.
