Ernesto Solís is the founding partner of Fix Partners Advisors. Mr. Solís has led the growth of the company since its founding in 2015 in Santiago de Chile. The company has expanded its services including; management consulting, turnaround consulting, analytics and artificial intelligence, performance improvement. Mr. Solís works together with his team to position Fix Partners as a leading professional services company in Latin America.

Mr. Solis´s passion is helping companies, especially those facing unique and challenging situations. Through a deep understanding of client needs, Mr. Solís seeks to deliver and execute strong recommendations that generate a positive impact in the short term and achieve sustainable growth for his clients.

Mr. Solís actively participates in Boards of Directors, trade associations, and academic activities. Mr. Solís is a finance professor at the Universities of Chile, Adolfo Ibañez, and ESE Business School. He has written several academic business cases.

Mr. Solís is president of TMA Chile, associated to TMA (Turnaround Management Association), a leading association of professionals related to the world of insolvency, restructuring and distressed. Mr. Solís has led several reorganization processes (Chapter 11) in Chile.

Mr. Solís obtained his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Chile (highest distinction) in 1995, and his MBA from the Ross Business School of the University of Michigan in 2004.
